Grilled Corn with Spiced Butter
A honey-and-smoked-paprika butter melted in a wide pan, with grilled kernels tossed through it.

Canned corn works
The card's own note: may substitute 2–3 cans of corn. That skips both the grill and the cutting.
Cayenne or chipotle
An eighth of a teaspoon either way. Chipotle leans smoky alongside the paprika; cayenne is just heat.
Browned in spots
Not evenly browned. About ten minutes on a hot grill, turning, until there are dark patches.
