Strawberry Jello Pie
A fruited strawberry jello set firm, with a cream cheese and Cool Whip layer spread over the top.

Save the quarter cup first
It goes into the topping, not the base. Pull it the moment the jello dissolves — once the fruit is in, it's too late.
Spread gently
